Tepian (tepian.ai) is a rental search tool operated by Quantscope Inc. We aggregate rental listings across Canada, score them algorithmically, and present results based on your search brief. We are not a real estate agent, broker, or party to any rental transaction.
2. Use of the service
- Tepian is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-query the service.
- Do not attempt to circumvent rate limiting or abuse the AI intent endpoint.
3. Listing accuracy
Listings are sourced from third-party platforms. We score and rank them but cannot guarantee accuracy, availability, or legality of any individual listing. Always verify directly with the landlord or platform before making decisions.
4. Intellectual property
The Tepian brand, wordmark, design system, and ranking methodology are owned by Quantscope Inc. Listing content is owned by the respective landlords and platforms and is reproduced here under fair use for search and discovery purposes.
5. Limitation of liability
Tepian is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Quantscope Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or any rental transaction facilitated by information found here.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
