Tepian is an AI-powered rental search platform. Instead of filling out form fields and scrolling through hundreds of listings, you describe what you’re looking for in plain language - and Tepian surfaces the rentals that genuinely match your needs.

We score listings against your brief: commute time, budget, layout, neighbourhood vibe, pet friendliness, and dozens of other factors. The goal is fewer listings to look at, and better ones.

Renting a home is one of the most stressful decisions people make. The search process is fragmented, slow, and built around the supply side - platforms optimised for landlords to post, not for renters to find.

Tepian is built renter-first. Every product decision starts with: does this make the search faster, less stressful, or more accurate for the person looking for a home?
